SOCIETY DAYS AT BROMSGROVE

To assist with your planning and organisation a range of carefully selected and appropriately themed and priced packages have been provided.

Exciting news for Spring of 2024 is that we Welcome “Trackman Range” a fantastic state of the art technology upgrade to our range experience.

As well as providing all of the standard requirements such as half way house, with well presented toilets, those nearest the pin, longest drive and our friendly starters (peak times) to help your golf days start on the right note. We can also provide a host of extras that can make your golf day extra special and ensure that that you return.

Reflecting on those recent challenging times and to hopefully meet the expectations and needs of today’s visiting parties, you will notice that we have revamped our packages and overhauled our society brochure to simplify our offers and the booking process.

We have made our packages and selection process much better to view for the organiser, with all options now either detailed under a simple Weekday or Weekend pricing structure. We have hopefully provided a one-stop selection process for your party’s golfing requirements.

Over many years we have established the reputation as one of the Midlands premium venues for hosting Society/ Corporate and Charity golf events. We pride ourselves on our warm “can do” hospitality and our attention to detail. Team this with top-class facilities and we can ensure that you have everything required to stage your fantastic golf event.

Top quality buggies, a warm welcome in our vibrant recently refurbished bar and restaurant, not forgetting Midlands Golf onsite, a large well stocked golf store, one of the Midlands busiest Golf Stores to help to ensure your guests are well looked after during their visit.

It’s brilliant to report that we continue to recognise a marked increase in the number of Charity and Corporate Golf Days who have enjoyed successful events here. Rest assured that at BGC you’re in safe hands, we’re always prepared to go the extra distance to ensure that your golf day is a memorable experience for you and your guests.

We continue to invest in new machinery to maintain the course, and In the refurbishment of our clubhouse, home of Edwards Bar and Restaurant. Our Food and beverage packages continue to be well received with our innovative “Order on the Day” option growing in popularity. This allows each player to order their own menu choice on the day, from a carefully prepared menu.

In response to customer feedback we have also introduced a new “Weekday Special “package which includes a popular range of classic wholesome meal options designed to sit carefully between our breakfast and full dining options.

The Course at BGC was designed by the Internationally acclaimed Hawtree family it continues to offer a real test of golf for all players at the same time, it’s a really enjoyable experience, with undulating fairways and our large rolling greens reported to be playing better than ever.

MAKING A BOOKING
1. To make a reservation of or check availability, our designated reception are on hand to take your call on 01527 570 505/ 575 886 or email … enquiries@www.bromsgrovegolfcentre.com

Tee times Monday to Friday from 10.30 am (inc B/Hols)
Saturday & Sunday from 11.30 am

2. Select your package / meal choice. Then firm up on your booking by paying the deposit which is required 3 weeks prior to the event to secure the booking (£5.00 per person, non-refundable).

Confirmation of booking will then be provided.

TERMS OF BOOKING
To enable us to free up any valuable tee times that aren’t required or cancel any meals that may have been ordered we ask that you update us with any changes of numbers or requirements. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for adjustments of 4 or more with final numbers no later than 24 hours prior. We reserve the right to charge in full for any losses incurred through late or no communication.

Your service, organisation, helpfulness and friendliness was commented by everyone who attended and the remarks about it being the best Away Day by the eder members is a tribute to all of you. This was the first time many members had enjoyed your course and they were all impressed that they would like to play it again so look out for entries to your Senior competitions next year. Once agin thank you for your help to me in making my job easier and I look forward to playing Bromsgrove again very soon."

"Yesterday our golf society held a golf day at Bromsgrove Golf Centre, as we have done for the last 10 years + however, I feel I must congratulate you on the improvements in your approach to Golf Society days. The welcome at Reception was excellent, scorecards were ready, nearest the pin and longest drive markers were placed on the relevant holes and all documentation was completed in an efficient manner. The golf itself was monitored closely by Marshall’s who made a point of ensuring that we were enjoying our day and not being held up by slow play. We have always held Bromsgrove high on merit for good food but, on this occasion, all of our members commented that this was the best food we have ever had at Bromsgrove. Overall, thanks from our members for an enjoyable day and thanks from me for making the day run so smoothly. We will return in 2014. Keep up the good work; you are a benchmark for other golf clubs in how to run society days."
